The menu, which is what attracted to this place in the first place, is FANTASTIC but the team of Naz, Natasha and Dan absolutely made the whole evening. Service was friendly, efficient and reached just the right balance - nothing was too much trouble and if we needed anything it was there in an instance. We didn't get to see the cooking staff as everything magically appeared from the dumb-waiter-device in the wall near the bar, but they must get a lot of praise too, excellent, tasty dishes. During the afternoon when we just happened to pass the shopfront and were studying the menu in the window, a passer-by stopped and told us it was very good, also said he didn't work there and boy was he right. Hi very disappointed to say, kids were also upset poor food & not very clear on the menu with options, very confusing got the hot mezze mixed platter and it was not worth the price & it wasn't enough to feed one person, all salad & seafood. Flavour was not there either not appetising at all.

The main was the mix grill this was very chewy & the meat was not enjoyable kids struggled, the pizza was very floppy & had loads of white flour falling off it on to the kids hands, it was like it was not heated to the correct temperature. To conclude this was our 1st & probably our last visit not worth the price also menu prices are completely different to the website, very unprofessional. Pleasant experience overall due to the hard working and attentive waiting staff on a very busy Saturday night. The mixed mezze starter and homemade bread were nice however a little disappointed with the mixed grills due to the fact we waited about 25 minutes for them (due to it being so busy) and they tasted nice but also they were all luke warm and a little dry like they had been cooked and sat on the pass for a while. Also the french fries i ordered were cold and not handmade, just frozen generic ones. I would try this place again maybe mid week on a less busy night for a quieter atmosphere as last night we could barely here ourselves amongst other loud guests, which i know cant be helped on a...
