Efes Kebabs & Pizza — Restaurant in England

Have been ordering from here quite a while but recently it has done down hill, not sure what’s happening. I place an order for takeaway, clearly shows in my order that i don’t want coleslaw in my wrap as i didn’t choose it. I received my order and what do i find? coleslaw. I decided to call them and explained what happened, then proceeded to tell them i have an allergy to cabbage (which is found in coleslaw) and i’m happy to give them back this wrap for one without coleslaw. He told me i’d have to pay for new one plus delivery, because it’s my mistake as on the receipt it shows coleslaw. I told him i’m looking at my receipt and it doesn’t show that, he said he’ll send me the receipt by whatsapp to show me my mistake to which i happily agreed and said i’ll show him what it says for me, he then ignored it and said it was my mistake etc. kept speaking to me in a condescending way. I wasn’t going to leave a bad review hence why i called to let them fix the mistake, but because they were rude and far from helpful, i’ve decided to leave this review to make others aware. Good i checked before eating otherwise this could’ve ended badly for me. Sadly was left without food for myself,...

people only seem to see the front side of this shop. behind the scene is totally different. The main extractor fan situated on the roof of the rear of the shop billows out thick smoke, often causing ones eyes to sting. Close by residents have to shut their windows because of the smoke and the smell. The fan is supposed to filter this smoke but because they don't clean it as often as they should, local residents suffer, the noise of the fan isn't amusing when its late at night and sleep is needed.Their waste is supposed to be placed in their bins situated at the rear of the shop, but their bins are usually blocking the local residents waste area, and more often than not, they fill up the 'locals'bins to the extent that they overflow, thus causing foxes and even worse RATS. Yes, we have witnessed a few rats at the rear of the shop. Never seen any rat traps either so they cant be bothering to report this so as to get help in removing the rats. To top this off they even over-flow the private car park with their cars/vans preventing those that actually have permits to park there. So Efes isn't as good as people...

Finished a late shift and starting 6 week fitness plan tomorrow so thought I’d treat myself to some nice food.

First order came and was lovely, portion on the chicken Shish was pisspoor but did taste wonderful so bit the bullet and ordered some more.

Second order came and this is where I became furious as I opened the bag and nothing we ordered was anywhere near what was in the bag, however confusing considering the driver asked for the exact amount £ of my proper order.

Tried calling up to see what was going on to have the phone put down and then allowed to ring through continuously, this is where I had to eat food I didn’t like hence I didn’t order it .

Fuming is an understatement and I’ll never order from this...
