The Well Coffee Lounge — Restaurant in England

Unfortunately we had to wait for over an hour for our breakfast. 30 minutes in, when we first checked, we were told our order was next, then 60mins later when we asked for the second time we got a rather defensive and dismissive reply that it was coming. When it finally did come, the bacon and eggs in the full English were burnt and one of the poached eggs was missing and arrived when we were pretty much done eating. The avocado and toast were quite tasty and they gave us a diet coke for free to compensate...

How has this place only got 3 reviews? Lovely little place tucked away in a cool shopping arcade, away from the branded high street. There are real people running the place who offer a friendly welcome, some real chat and a relaxing environment; not to mention some great tasting coffee. There's a good selection of food, but don't tell anyone about the cakes, leave some for me :-) because I'll be...
