Everything Good Goes — Restaurant in England

I have just been here as one of my friend raccomended it. I ordered an hot chocolate and sparkling water served by a nice girl and I sat myself on a 4xtable and, as the majority of the table there are, and I calmy started to read. 20 minutes after a guy came to me and ask me to sit on the bar as a family will require more space and i request instead a table as I had my laptop with me and I explain to him that I had intention to eat as well, he show me a sit with a couple already sit there and while I showed him my disappointment he didnt seems interest and start to speak with the family who was waiting for me to leave the table. I left my half hot chovolate and a full glass of sparklig water untouch as I left mortified that I was pushed to leave in front of everybody. Bad bad bad experience. Now I'm at the Costa coffee near by having a caramel cake and a latte confident that nobady will make me feel like they did. I'm in the hospitality industry myself and I would never never treat a customer like that. I hope this review could help someone who want some relax to not to choose this place.

Added after the owner answer: I described the facts in the most accurate way without hide any information as I know how much potentially a review could damage a buisness. You answer came more than a month after,claiming that my review was false and inaccurate(I am happy that the owner of "the busiest place in Tadcaster" can remember event happened more than a month ago and complain on my innacurancy)....how arrogante of you blaming your client for every bad review you received. What a fantastic find on a chilly Thursday night close to christmas. Yes it was early 630,pm but you could feel the good vibes coming from this restaurant . The service was welcoming, the array of available drinks -brilliant. I got helpful suggestions with the menu as I was on my own, and as i was driving, was offered a host of non alcoholic beers. For food I ordered the calzone spicy meat ball with pepperoni. It was delicious. I would thoroughly recommend it. So a very pleasant evening, with a mix of customers and age groups. Brilliant little place in tadcaster it's dog friendly which is great having recently adopted a dog. We had a lovely lunch off their lite bite menu. Flatbread filled with avocado,chicken and feta with a rocket leaf salad. Ready salted crisps on the side. Reasonable price. Quick and friendly service. Hubby had chorizo,cheese and chilli jam with the rocket leafs and crisps on the side. He had a bottle of beer I had a coke and it was £20.15p....
