is run by people with special needs .. my kids was eating there chicken outside at the table and chairs and a wasp was flying around them and they was scared and started screaming as kids do .. ( ages 3,6,8) a man came running over and shouting at the tip of his voice shut up!! my daughters don’t hear shouting much and to be shouted at by a table cleaner i don’t think so.. i had to grab him and as you’d imagine i wasn’t happy .. it’s unexpectable at a well known resort .. it ruined my kids day and they didn’t even want to stay because of the man who shouts .. will never return to the park again as it wasn’t just one or two rude staff ...

Don't expect to get what you see on the board! The staff are friendly and attentive, happy to help out and get your order right. The food is poor though nothing like the pictures. the chicken is well cooked, but no KFC the burgers are badly constructed and taste like they have been sitting around for a while. Think a lot of these reviews must be by people who dine in Michelin star restaurants or have never visited a theme park before. The food was as advertised - a rip off kfc. Chicken wasn’t as tasty as kfc but perfectly nice and hot, nothing rubbery, cold or inedible. Yea it was expensive- £50 for 3 adult meals and 2 children’s meals, but that’s what you expect these days.
