Farmhouse Pizza — Restaurant in England

I recently had the pleasure of trying Farmhouse, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I placed my order to the moment I received my food, everything was seamless and efficient. I particularly appreciated the excellent customer service I received, which made my overall experience even better.

The prices at Farmhouse are also really good, especially given the quality of the food 🤤. I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the prices were, particularly for the generous portions that were served. I found the prices to be very reasonable, and it felt like I was getting a lot of value for my money.

The speed of service really was awesome! My order was processed quickly and my food was ready for pickup in no time. I really appreciated this, especially as I was in a bit of a rush when I ordered. The fast service really made a difference and I was able to get my food quickly without any delays.

I ordered the Farmhouse special pizza and the chicken strips, and I must say, both dishes were absolutely delicious. The pizza had a nice crust that was crispy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and tasty. The chicken strips were also amazing, with a nice crispy coating and very juicy. Both dishes were really well prepared.

I would highly recommend Farmhouse to anyone looking for a great takeaway experience. The excellent customer service, really good prices, and fast service all make for a fantastic experience, but the real star of the show is the food. I really enjoyed the Farmhouse special pizza and chicken strips, and I will definitely be returning for more in the future. 5 stars is not enough for the experience...

I recently ordered a pizza from Farmhouse Wokingham, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. Let’s start with the food quality: the pizza itself was extremely thin and tasted quite bland. I ordered a chicken pizza expecting it to be generously topped, but the amount of chicken was shockingly minimal. It felt like they were trying to stretch the toppings to cover the pizza without actually delivering a full-flavored experience.

To make matters worse, I paid extra for additional cheese, but even then, the pizza was nowhere near as cheesy as it should have been. I asked politely for extra cheese, given that I was paying for it, but the staff handling my order seemed outright annoyed by my request. The person taking the order was unnecessarily rude and seemed to take any questions or requests personally, as if my asking for more cheese was unreasonable. This unprofessional attitude made the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming.

In the past, Farmhouse Wokingham was reliable for quality and decent customer service, but something has clearly changed. Maybe there’s new staff or new management, but the overall quality has degraded significantly, and the customer service feels like it’s on a rapid decline. I ordered pizzas, potato wedges, and curly fries for a home delivery, however, the potato wedges were found to have an old taste, while both the curly fries and potato wedges were undercooked. I notified the manager and he refuse to collect the undercooked food and asked me to drop the food to the store. I explained to him I'm not going to drop the food because I opted for delivery and I've got guest round so I'm not going to leave my guest and drop off food. He refuse to collect his undercooked food.

Later once I was free I managed to get someone to drop the food off to him that was uncooked. He was angry that his raw food was returned and had to issue a refund otherwise, I would have escalated it with the bank. He's such a horrible person and lacks accountability. Poor customer service!

I will be taking this up with the franchiser of Farmhouse!.

If you are going to order pay by card otherwise just don't pay these guys cash otherwise you'll never get your money back! One bite was enough to put them off! And the dangers of eating raw potatoes isn't worth it.

Unfortunately, the quality of the food has continued to decline, and the pizzas no longer possess their previous taste.
