This shop advertised a really lovely drink, and instead gave us a pump or two of food colouring and fizzy water from a bottle, they stirred it until it was flat. It was really unpleasant, and not at all like the one we ordered last time (that one had lemon, a lovely flavour, and was fizzy). We asked for a refund, and the lady at the desk was horribly rude, insulted my dad - who was there to help me, and laughed at him mentioning that it was false advertising. I am exceptionally disappointed in both the goods and services, and would very much encourage anyone who thinks about going that Ms Coffee, Hi Guys, or any other boba shop is a much better alternative, with lovely staff, good allergy and return policies, and vastly...

My teenage daughter ordered 2 chocolate milk teas with strawberry popping pearls like she has many times before. After paying and not receiving a receipt, the girl put brown sugar pearls in both drinks. When we said we had ordered strawberry popping pearls she said we hadn’t, we’d order brown sugar which is impossible as we’ve never heard of them! Her colleague then came and lied. She said she heard us order the sugar ones. A complete lie. They refused to provide the drinks we wanted and so we paid nearly £9 for drinks which were horrible and ended up in the bin. It’s one of my daughter’s favourite bubble tea place’s so have been there numerous times before. Unfortunately we were served by a staff member who had absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever!

We were waiting at the kiosk which was unmanned (that’s not the issue as she was working alone and is allowed a break away from the kiosk)

when she finally came back their was no acknowledgment of our wait… to my disgrace she went straight onto her phone , while we were still stood waiting to be acknowledged and served?
