Food, Glorious Food — Restaurant in England

My grandson and i went last week, i ordered our food, sat and waited, and waited i noticed people who had put their order in after us were receiving their food, it was obvious that they had forgotten aboit our order, i told the lady we haven't got our food and she said that she'll see whats happening, 5 minutes later our order came out, i ordered brown toast and beans and my grandson wanted chicken nuggets and chips, i got white toast that wasnt toasted enough some of it was just bread and not even half a tin of beans! And because they'd rushed cooking it the chips were fine but the nuggets were hard on the outside and later my grandson told me they were soft in the mddle, they'd cooked them in fat/oil that was too hot so they cooked on the outside and not fully in the middle, that night my grandson was so ill he throwing up and so unwell, i will never go to...

I went here for the first time today and had a good experience. When I first walked in the layout of the place is a bit dated and it looks like they are stuck in the 80's or 90's but there is nothing wrong with that I suppose.

I ordered the beef dinner for £4.90 and I took a seat, within two minutes my meal came out. This leads me to believe that they make a lot of their stuff beforehand and then keep it warm somewhere for future consumption.

The meal overall was good, there is nothing about the dish I could fault. The service was ok, they were not exactly warm with you but they do get busy so I can understand why they seem a bit serious. I would definitely come...

I have been to Food, Glorious Food a couple of times. They do a selection of dinners, jacket potatoes, burgers etc. The dinners they do chicken or beef are like the type of dinners you get which are mass produced and served out of a bain marie.

The food is quite cheap here so you get what you pay for. For £4.50 etc, I don't mind if the dinners come out like that. If I was paying £10 etc I would want the dinner to be cooked properly and from scratch.
