Forest Spice — Restaurant in England

I’m not as fond of Indian food as my partner but I have to say my meal was amazing! The onion Bajhi’s were crisp, the birihani & vegetable curry so moreish I wanted to eat the lot but hate that stuffed to the gills feeling so took half back to our holiday let for lunch/ dinner today. The service was great we didn’t have to wait long for our food. We walked to the restaurant so we could have a beer but it’s not licensed , didn’t realise that we planned on getting a taxi back but Evan, a restaurant college, offered to drive us back, now that’s service! 😀 He even gave us his number to call him if we need a ride elsewhere. Food was delicious, we had the Lamb Naga which was very spicy but extremely tasty. Onion bhajis were the perfect level of crunchiness. Service was fantastic and they seemed very happy to see us arrive. They saw that we brought our own drinks and immediately asked us how many beer and wine glasses we needed. The atmosphere was good, it wasn't too overcrowded I felt like there was plenty of space. Ordered from Forest spice for the first time and it was complete disappointment. It supposed to be a treat for my birthday, but unfortunately was a disaster. Chicken korma and butter chicken had exactly the same sauce and King Prawn passanda had 3 pieces of something that definitely didn't taste or looked like prawns.
