LA Fried Chicken — Restaurant in England

I used to go to this establishment awhile back, and loved their food. Especially, their chicken burgers and fries. I went to get an order for a friend the other day. And, when I gave him his order, he said afterwards, that the donor meat, was too crunchy. Usually, it's just right, but this time, it was hard to digest. The chicken was rubbery, and the fries, were hard as nails. AND, when I asked for a receipt, one of the guys in charge, asked me, 'why do you need a receipt?'. C'mon guys, you're in our country now. The customer, has a right to have a receipt. In case, myself, or my friends, are ill, due to the food not being cooked properly!! Plus, I have them for tax purposes. He was quite rude, when I asked for one. I don't think that I shall be going there again, if all they do...

Just wanted to say how nice it was to go intoLA chicken and be helped and nothing was too much trouble. I Really fancied the chicken kebab tonight and my partner fancied the lamb kebab . I got myself all confused on ordering and originally ordered the wrong thing then changed my mind. The gentleman understood what I wanted and sorted all out for me although I was probably a royal pain in the backside . Ordered a kabab from here tonight. They got my order wrong. Only a few issues with it but when I called up they shouted at me and blamed me for it. And then hung up. I'm afraid to say it was the worst kabab I've ever had. Chicken was all mushy, white hard bits in the lamb meat. The kids burger was like cardboard. I only started eating here while my usual kabab place is having a reverb. Never again will I eat here. Save your money and go further up the road to King's takeaway.
