Decided to host my 21st birthday party at this venue and couldn’t be happier with how the night turned out overall. Nirav was incredibly helpful from start to finish and really brought my vision to life. The venue looked amazing as I was allowed to decorate how I wanted, the food was a hit with all the guests (especially the veggie options), and the service was spot-on. The DJ kept everyone dancing, even if a few song requests were missed. The only letdowns were that the supposed owner (woman) didn’t come across as very approachable or introduce herself, and she brought her children along on the night. It felt unprofessional having them running around the party, behind the bar, and accidentally getting in the way of some photos, especially considering the black tie dress code and alcohol being served. It was mine and my husbands first time we went fusic. The staff were very friendly and polite which was nice and comforting. We was told it was going to be a Buffet but they kindly served the food at the tables instead as there wasn’t many people at the time which was nice of them. Only one thing I would say is they need to be a bit more pacific to what food is being served right from the start before taking payment as we was expecting meat dishes but ended up having vegetarian instead when hubby was after non veg. We made a exception at the time as we was well looked after and received really good service but in future would be good to be a little more informative so people have a choice of what they would like to do before paying.
