The Fat Pizza - Leicester — Restaurant in Great Britain

So, the food came over half hour later than we were told. Tried calling on the advertised numbers but numbers were dead so no means of contact. Did end up sending a msg via the website - 45mins later still waiting for a response. Curly fries as part of the meal were cold and the tiniest portion. All the pizzas were pretty much flavourless, bbq you'd expect a bbq base but no. Garlic pizza, couldn't taste any garlic! The pizza base was very dense and hard, and in some places uncooked. For 2x 15" pizzas they only gave one small pot of sauce in each pizza, not enough for the size of pizza when you're sharing between a family of 6!

There's another review here where they were told it wasn't paid for, I got presented with a receipt saying food needs to be paid for. Showed 2 forms of proof and was told hed check with his manager and get back to me (which he didnt). Overall, I definitely wouldn't be ordering...

I recently tried Fat Pizza, and it definitely didn’t disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was casual and welcoming. The menu is full of delicious, indulgent options, so picking what to order was a bit of a challenge, but everything looked so good.

I went with the veggie hot pizza , and it was incredible. The crust was perfectly crispy, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The combination of the spicy base and the cheese worked together really well. I also loved how generous they were with the cheese—each bite was melty and gooey, just the way I like it.

The service was quick, and the staff was friendly, which always makes a huge difference. Plus, the prices are reasonable for the portion sizes you get.

Whether you’re in the mood for a classic or something a little more adventurous, Fat Pizza has something for everyone. Definitely...

Ordered £61 worth of food on the app. Firstly it was late and when I phoned them to question where my delivery was I was told it’s 5 mins away. I then got a text confirming my order was being prepared so obviously when I phoned to see where my order was they only then put it through. 30 mins later after I phoned it arrived to then be told I hadn’t paid (which I did online). I showed the driver 3 different proofs of payment and still made me wait around for 10-15 mins until he got confirmation from his boss. So about 1hour late plus 15mins waiting around. Finally got my food and obviously to no surprise everything was cold, pizzas, burger, chicken wings the lot. So I phoned up and they said they would refund me and still haven’t had the refund.

I’d say to anyone don’t let their advertisements fool you, nothing like what they advertise on...
