Very disappointed we have used this restaurant regularly for a few years now but, just before Christmas they decided to stop allowing extra hot water with a pot of tea, now because the pot is small by the time you get it to your table the tea is very strong and extra water is required to regulate the strength in the cup. It was suggested by the owner that the tea bag could be left out for the customers to add, but as any body in catering will tell you the tea needs to be added to boiling water in order to brew and not ten minutes later. I have indicated that I am happy to pay extra for the hot water, after all if I am not able to get tea l am paying for as I like it then what is the point. Please rethink this...

And the food was going cold. Icing on the cake.. One assistant sprayed cleaner on to a table near near whilst wearing a mask. I'm Asthmatic and I suspect most of the elderly clientele are also. I'm other establishments they spray a small amount. Into a cloth,and then wipe the table. This stopping the vapour from becoming airborne. Like they do at K.F.C.
