Grange Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in England

We had takeaway dinner from Grange Charcoal Grill for two nights during our stay, and it was absolutely fantastic. The mixed grill was one of the best we’ve had — full of flavour and perfectly cooked. On top of that, they kindly gave us complimentary garlic bread, which was a lovely touch!

The food was fresh, portions were generous, and the service was friendly and efficient. Just a note for future visitors: they only accept cash payments, so make sure to have some on hand.

Aggressive, unfriendly staff and low quality food. Was made to feel incredibly unwelcome, with comments made about our appearance by what I imagine to be the manager in his own language which he mistakenly believed I could not understand. I really hope that this was a one off and a bad night for the guy but I won't be going again. Really left a bad taste to what was an otherwise...
