Greggs — Restaurant in England

Well what can I say? I have been staying away in Clevedon for the last 9 months now and I think now is the right time to leave a review. Most of the time they never have any breakfast items cooked so you either have to wait 15 mins for them to cook it or they don't have any at all! The service is among the slowest I have ever experienced in all my life. Their priorities are all wrong, they would rather leave a queue of people waiting until they have finished filling the fridge/sweeping the floor, rather than serving them first. They also have zero people skills, dont seem to be able to add up or give you what you want either! I have ordered food before and when i got round to eating it realised it was wrong! Also been over/undercharged a fair few times too! I'm convinced that the heated counter is actually a fridge! 9/10 times of my visits the food has been stone cold! I will not be going to this Greggs again as I feel I have given it enough chances and instead will be taking my custom to somewhere else...

Serves the customer behind me first after waiting 15 mins in the que she said “sorry I didn’t see you” even though I was wearing a bright yellow high vis vest. Finally get served to get told there’s a 5 min wait for sausages so I had a pasty that was cold as ice and I’m sure it made my belly bad honestly worst Greg’s I’ve ever been too. And to top it off there attitudes stink no customer service...

A very popular store in the triangle. Service varies depending on who serves you. There's some really great servers who are customer service switched on, others far less so. Always busy and popular. Recommend the vanilla Latte, regular latte and sausages rolls. Ask for hot...
