Pizza Magic — Restaurant in Great Britain

Got two meal deals, one mega large deal with a Peking duck pizza and one pizza/milkshake deal. The food was ok but the pizzas were lacking in sauce and kinda dry. The large meal deal I ordered had a Peking duck pizza but had almost no sauce on it which unfortunately meant half of it went in the bin as it was just too dry. The Texan pizza that came with the pizza meal deal was similar but had a bit more sauce on so wasn't as bad, the saving grace was the strawberry milkshake which was great. I also got poppin chicken to share but it was a little soggy compared to previous visits. Overall I'd say it was probably a 4/10 but I'd try again as I've been coming here for years and not really had any issues with the food so I'm assuming this was a one off? Everyone...

Sadly disappointed, ordered 2 pizzas online, was immediately presented with a countdown which said the pizzas would be ready in 10 minutes. Ordered 2 nine inch pizzas one with extra sweetcorn one with extra spicy beef. Went to collect 10 minutes later and the pizzas had not made it into the oven. Was told would be ready in 10 minutes. At 15 minutes went back in and waited another 5 minutes to collect the pizzas. So 30 minutes late. Got the pizzas home and upon opening there was no extra spicy beef and no extra sweetcorn. This is the first takeaway pizza we've had in ages so no loss to the business but doesn't encourage me to order again. Pizzas were okay in an average way. Dont normally leave reviews but had a really bad experience today with pizza magic, chips arn't very nice today and only had less than a quarter of a bag. Also the pizza was stone cold, also the woman on the phone was answering back when I was only trying to explain, it's a shame as I use them alot and I feel like I have wasted my money today. Not even a full apology.

However they did bring us some more chips with the right portion, but it was ok as our food was cold...
