Greggs — Restaurant in England

Went there today with my family ordered 1 pizza slice, 2 chicken bakes and a veg bake all were not even warm we said they were cold not warm and we're told it was Gregg's policy they didn't have to serve hot food just fresh!!!!! We asked if we could get steak bakes as they were due out of the oven we were told they don't allow you to pay and wait!!! My husband couldn't eat the chicken bake as the inside had congealed so took it back he was charged for a replacement. Ordered 2 coffees ,a hot chocolate and a tea the tea bag had burst and we were told we would have to pay for a replacement. £15.10 we paid. Staff completely ignored us absolutely shocking. We expect the food to be warm but no stock rotation as food came out of the oven the cold stuff was left at the front of the counter, so no wonder it...

Shelves empty at 11.45am. What there was left was freezing. Customers come to buy warm wholesome food, not freezing stale pasties. This place will not last long like this. Also the drive thru was closed due to staffing issues. The place has only been open a short while and this was my first visit. Not a very good first impression. Terrible customer service. Young girl working front of house was polite and worked as fast as she could while the rest of the staff including the manager did nothing to assist the queue of 10 customers. Understand there are other jobs that need doing like sandwich preparation, but 5mins of someone helping the young staff member by making the hot drinks would have cleared the queue. Manager clearly doesn't care!...
