Greggs — Restaurant in England

In the renewed Trowbridge banch of Greggs, located in The Shires shopping centre, the same problems have been magnified ten fold, as the new 'restaurant' takes off. By all means, it's an impressive sight inside with the brand new decor, etc, but as usual, if you really want a steak bake, or let's face it anything else, at any time of the day, you'll be hard pushed to get one as the shelves are usually always bare. This new larger branch has to cope with all the new sit in customers, take out customers, click and collect customers and all the food delivery companies who use this outlet, all with just 2 small ovens. Spiced Pumpkin and Nutmeg latte advertised as new on the menu.... So I ordered expecting something like the picture that was on the display...... At the end it didn't look anything like the picture and they explained that they didn't have any cream in the store..... I asked if they were going to discount the price as I'd only got part of the order.... they refused so I switched the order to regular lattes so they had to throw away what they just made...... The staff who work here are very rude. They seems to be like racists. As an asian, everytime i face racism here… if any brits use the toilets at 5:30Pm there is no objection, but if an asian does there is objection saying that its closed beacuse they cleaned it.. I totally respect their hardwork but my question is if the store closes at 6PM .. customers usually use their toilets when they order food , but they wont allow to use their toilets at that time. This has to be taken seriously by the management as we are facing trouble everytime. And i also hope they clean their store after no customers are being...
