Greggs — Restaurant in England

One of the worst Greggs I have been in, staff have no interest in serving you, none of them are happy and all miserable, but hearing the way the mangeress speaks to them there isn't any surprise they are like this. But overall staff are rude and uninviting. The place is never clean and hardly anything in the fridge or hot hold. Place often shuts early due to lack of staff but with the way staff are treated there is no surprise staff don't last long in this place. Absolutely disgusting customer service, I had a magic box ready to be collected today, and I was told that they couldn’t give it to me. It’s their responsibility to ensure the right time is advised on the TooGoodToGo app. Very disappointed with how I was treated, if they made a mistake they should of stayed professional and polite not rude and intimidating. It’s really put me off greggs and using the TooGoodToGo app. I know you are having staff shortages currently but doesn’t mean your customer service skills have to be lacking. Sometimes the Greggs in Yate Shopping Centre can get extremely busy to the point people are queuing out of the door. The food is pretty average for a Greggs I wouldn’t say it stands out as being any better than any other Greggs as I find them all the same. They do offer more in this Greggs I have noticed compared to other stores.
