Greggs — Restaurant in England

Worst experience I have ever had in a Greggs branch! I went in on Remembrance Sunday and bearing in mind that the 2 minutes silence is not supposed to be mandatory, the store full of customers were forced to participate. I arrived into the branch at 10:50 with only two customers in front of me and I had the hopes of getting a breakfast roll, however for those full 10 minutes the staff were either standing around doing nothing in the back or making food for themselves at the counter. Went in today to buy some yum yums and to use the toilet, however, when I asked for the code Julie the supervisor after thinking about it, told me it was broken (pretty sure shops do this so they don’t have to clean them). Ordered a cold drink and a warm bake. The food was disappointingly cold. The state of the floor was shocking, and food was everywhere.
