I used to love going this Greggs for breakfast as food was great and staff were really friendly but sadly won't ever be going back after today due to the same staff member. First time they gave my drink to another customer and left me waiting for 10 minutes for another one while they continued to serve other customers hot drinks. Then on another occasion they prepared and gave out other peoples hot drinks before mine even though they had been served after me because they knew them and today when I was ordering they cut me off mid order by shouting for some customer to collect their order and then asked me to start my order all over again. But the main problem was they accused me of not paying even though I had which was a massive embarrassment in front of all the other staff and customers that were waiting. Such is my experience at Oakengates where I visit about 2-3 mornings a week. Tracy (my personal âbrewerâ as I see her most often) is such a lovely woman, always cheery no matter how dark, dull and dismal the weather (or my day).
