Greggs — Restaurant in England

I've lived in the Staple Hill area for over a decade now and this Greggs has always served me well even prior to it moving further along the high street, the staff are almost always nice to deal with and I've never been made to feel unwelcome, an experience I have encountered elsewhere along the high street. The only two bad experiences I can recall were when Greggs as a whole discontinued my favorite item which was the iced fondant ring donut which is no fault of any individual store, the other time was on a hot day where an elderly staff member wasn't able to help me with my inquiry however this can be forgiven as it really was VERY HOT that day. Overall the products on offer are always good, offer a great value, they have vegetarian and vegan options available the majority of the time I go there, their selection of donuts are my favorite which are available for the majority of the day however their pizza slices sell out all too often by the time I visit the store, so I'd love to see these available more often throughout the day, other than that I have no gripes with the store and would recommend it to anyone looking for their fix of...

Went in just b4 midday on a sunday. Was just one person in front of me yet still took ages 4 any of the 3 members of staff to acknowledge me. When i was served i asked for a bag as i placed my purchases on the counter and paid. Boy who served me ooened bag and just dumped it nxt to the stuff. I've worked in retail for many years and i learnt from the very beginning if a bag is asked for u at least offer to help pack items. But he had clearly just wanted me to get out the way quickly so he can serve the nxt person. I understand needing to be efficient but you can do that without being what i thought was boarding on rude. And actually if u pack persons bag 4 them it makes transactions quicker and you can then close properly without making people feel like their being...

I walked into this Greggs 27/04/24 At around 9:05-9:25 Not pleasant at all, I had walked in there and got a croissant and pain au chocolate, apparently the seating was closed there was just a small sign that unfortunately I did not see and as I sat down, the staff members didn’t seem to mind and didn’t say if I wasn’t aloud to sit down.
