Dear Restaurant Manager
Iâm writing to share my disappointment with the service I experienced at your restaurant on 12 July.
I came in to pick up an order that included a sausage roll and a few other items. When I arrived, I was told it would be ready in about 2 minutes. However, I ended up waiting approximately 25 minutes, which was quite frustrating, especially considering the original time estimate and the simplicity of the order.
On that day, three male staff members were working. Iâm only mentioning that because I donât know their names and want to be clear about which shift it was. Iâve noticed a pattern where service tends to be slower when these staff members are working, whereas itâs much more efficient when other team membersâparticularly the womenâare on shift. The contrast in service is hard to ignore.
This isnât meant to single anyone out unfairly, but I hope you can look into whatâs causing the delays during certain shifts. I really enjoy your food and usually have good experiences, but consistency in service is just as important.

Refused service as myself, my wife and two toddlers all came in to the empty shop to buy food, as apparently only one adult is allowed in with children! What?!    Read moreThe Foods not too expensive and tastes really good in my honest opinion but if u catch the wrong timing n don't like standing around then the length of the queue can be a bit much and sometimes they haven't got any of what you want cooked but in those cases it could just be worth doing other things u need to do in the area before u get ur food or if ur patient enough wait for the next batch to be cooked then u could just wait around the foods worth it and they do some really good...
