What a great experience despite the troubles the chefs had with the kitchen.

Now I've been to many a wagas in my time but this is the first that ive been to one that has a seating area overlooking the kitchen, great experience (but no hiding for the chefs and kitchen team).

Against all odds and the issues tonight with the boiler not working for the Ramans, the chefs in my opinion did a fantastic job.....my food took a little longer to come, but I enjoyed my Asahi Beer and when the food came it was very good !!

Everyone LOVES a Wagas !!!! Thanks to the Trowbridge Team, especially the Chefs pictured and Sophie who took.my order, absolute saints, not a complaint from them even though I did mention front of house could have said to the many customers arriving that there was an issue with the Ramans.!! Well done !!

so we have just come back from here with the kids, who loved their food. within minutes of ordering their food and my husbands had arrived, mine however had not, i was not worried considering the speed of meals coming out. However after my husband literally inhaled his and cleared his plate mine had still not arrived, the servers without me even asking or checking apologised and promised my food with be arriving shortly, 15 minutes after i was seated my food arrived, thankfully my kids were still poking at theirs and exclaiming over soy sauce. we got a free round of drinks because of my "slow served meal" and at the end the charge for my meal had been removed from the bill. this was really good of them considering i wouldn't have called the service slow in...

Came to Wagamama on a Sunday evening, about 8:30ish, 8 of us, they seated us straight away. They open until 22:00 on a Sunday whereas the other restaurants in the square close at 21:00. Monika our server was so lovely and attentive, she advised how we order and the loyalty scheme to get complimentary edamame. I requested for chicken broth as a little soup side and they gave it to me complimentary. They also provide green tea complimentary which is really lovely. They currently do 10% off for anytime fitness users as well so that was great for us as a big group. The restaurant was clean, everyone was friendly. Will definitely be returning. Free parking for 3 hrs too!
