Harbour Tandoori — Restaurant in England

The food is always nice from here, i order online and over the phone, however in the last month or so twice I've had missing items off my orders. I should really have rang up but I never as I couldn't be bothered to be going back and forth picking missing items up after a long day at work. They should check to make sure everyone's orders are present but like I say I couldn't complain about the food. First time we have ordered from here. Ordered online, got a delivery time of 1 hour. An Hour and a half later, still no food. Rang the shop and got the usual 'its just around the corner' . A further 35 mins later the food comes. After mentioning to the driver that he was over a hour late he continued to tell me that he first had a delivery in PETERLEE then FENCHOUSES, then eventually to us in Houghton-le-Spring. What an absolute p* take. When you spend over £30 on an order yiu expect decent service. Or at least qarm food. After re-heating it, all the curries...

Best place around will not go no where else not sure why the bad reviews as the food is amazing and every time I ordered its still boiling and my home is about 5 miles from the shop the staff are very respectful those who complain about smashed poperdoms haha let's be honest here you have to smash them to eat them and yeah the nan is not massive but its the size if a standard wrap bread why would you want it to be any bigger people just love to complain FOOD IS...
