Seaham's Lighthouse in County Durham was built in 1905 when the nearby Red Acre Point lighthouse was decommissioned. It stands at the end of the north pier which had been designed by the engineer Henry Hay Wake. The black and white lighthouse is 10 meters in height and has a range of 5 miles.
