Hi Burger — Restaurant in England

Update: The restaurant are attempting to "encourage" me to take down my reviews. Not a chance!! A FULL refund was promised by the manager, and if that materialises, I will happily update my reviews to reflect the change in situation. JustEat are protecting the restaurant, and the restaurant are hiding behind that. No one is taking any responsibility, which is a massive warning sign! Beware!!

I placed an order through JustEat, not for the first time. I had a phone call in very broken English telling me that the driver was outside my house. To summarise the next half hour, he was actually in a totally different town, miles from me!! The food, when it finally arrived was STONE COLD and inedible! Trying to get through to someone on JustEat is impossible. They have very automated services. These phone number Hi Burger list on the app is NOT theirs!! This simply calls an automated JustEat line! After a quick Google, I found a real phone number, and the manager I spoke to explained that this happens a LOT!! RED FLAG!! He was very polite, and offered a full refund... however NOTHING has materialised!! This was all LIES!! I strongly recommend avoiding placing any delivery orders here!! I do not tolerate 2 faced liars who promise the world and deliver...

During my recent trip from New York to England, I had the pleasure of visiting London and Northampton. While exploring Northampton, I was especially looking for halal food options — and that's when I discovered a cozy gem called Hi Burger.

I tried their smash burger and cheese balls, and the taste was absolutely mouthwatering! The burger was juicy, packed with flavor, and topped with their special sauces that made every bite unforgettable. Honestly, even while writing this review, I'm craving two or three more!

The restaurant itself was neat, clean, and had a welcoming atmosphere. What made the experience even better was the owner, who was extremely friendly and took the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions. It really felt like a personalized experience.

Food: Food is absolutely delicious and fantastic.

Service: Great customer service and staff are welcoming and smart. Amazing team work always and cheerful guys.

Atmosphere: Good ventilation and clean air and good facilities for all customers needs. Superb toilets facility and wash rooms. Good sitting arena in and outside the restaurant nice environment well green grass. Clean water for customers use.
