I have been intending to go here for awhile. I like crispy pancakes that are handsize and that this take out did them. After my daughters rugby match we called in. The set menu's were for one, two or four. So as there was three of us, it had to be the largest size, with two portions of crispy pancakes( each portion being two pancakes). The pancakes were crunchy, hot and dumbell shaped. The meat had fallen to one end, but otherwise was ideal start to our meal. The crispy duck 1/4 was just enough for two pancakes each. The 6 chinese ribs was easily divided and devoured. By now we are struggling with the volume of good food. So we divided up, the rice, the chicken in black bean sauce and the beef and mushroom. I ordered £40 worth of food for all to go in BIn and order another takeaway

I ordered chicken satay and it was too dry and didn't taste fresh Spring rolls: GOOD. Probably Frozen and fried. Chicken with cashew and yellow bean sauce: I got Barbecue sauce tossed chicken and I had to search for cashews. If they are in dead chicken belly Seaweed: so bloody DRYYYYYYY and never tasted horrible seaweed....

Egg Fried rice: I don't know when traditions have changed and people are using BROWN RICE that too cheapest quality... I also think there supposed to be some EGG and no where to be found.

Have been using Hong Kong for years and reviewed it a while back, at the time it was a really good, solid place. Nothing flash just good food and loads of it.

Unfortunately as others have said it is clearly under new ownership and this is not a good thing at all.

Portion sizes have decreased, prices have gone up so it's not even shrinkflation and the food you get is no where near the standard it was before.

Went there Friday night and it will be the last time I do. There are plenty of other Chinese/Fish and chip shops around I would strongly suggest using...
