Jamies Pasty Shop — Restaurant in England

Paid three days earlier for 25 pounds worth of pasties for family as we were visiting cornwall. We arrived no one was there we waited for thirty minutes, then we rang the number, she said nothing was in the book i then showed her my receipt she said it was invalid she then came to open her shop told us she was ignoring us as she couldn’t be arsed and told me to go away then made her cuppa in front of us and walked upstairs.

Overall, very bad customer service, still need a refund, wouldn’t pay a visit or support...

Wow, if you want good pasty’s and good customer service then Jamie’s is your place! We enjoyed a pasty each for lunch, and so much so the next day we ordered 10 pasty’s to bring home with us. The lady who organised this/owned Jamie’s couldn’t do more for us, she was closed the day we left Newquay, so therefore kindly offered to deliver the pasty’s to our hotel before we left to go home (baked fresh that morning). Thought we’d try this place out as we’ve never been here before and we got three pasties, a lamb mint, creamy chicken, and a chicken and chorizo pasty. I can confidently say that all three of them were just amazing.
