Jolsha — Restaurant in England

I have started leaving reviews on Google and I am very happy to leave this one. I have left reviews on other sites for Jolsha as I am blown away that we are so lucky to have this takeaway locally. My first order was placed around 8-10 years ago. I ordered a Madras, it was amazing, before I had finished it I ordered another. Yes, what? Never done that before. Next day, ordered another, next day ordered another. Next day wife had a face like a bag of spanners at the thought of eating another Indian takeaway. So had to eat something grotty while thinking about King Prawn Madras, sad day.

To give a little more info I have to add that I travelled a lot in my younger years and my meal of choice was an Indian meal. We are talking about highly regarded restaurants, my favourites being in Edinburgh & Leicester. To find the calibre of the food produced by Jolsha on my doorstep is a dream come true. I can order it and eat at home without worrying that I am going to be sat next to a table with Roger and Trevor shouting about how good they are at rugger 🙄.

Bottom line is I have ordered from here at least every fortnight (wife problems again, if I could I would have it a couple of times a week) for the last 8-10 years and never ever, not once, not even just a little bit have I been disappointed.

If you are a lover of deep flavoured Indian meals, order.

Food was ok once I soaked up all the excess oil from the sauce and fished out the whole garlic cloves before biting into them. Arrived 15 mins late with items missing. When phoned to request the missing items as it is only half a mile away (I'm aware I could've just picked it up) we were given the option of credit for our next order (quite unlikely) or to have it re-sent. 30 mins later, still no sign so phoned back to cancel. Told next time we order we will get that one and another free one. Next order is still unlikely. Would've preferred money back which wasnt offered. Would also consider it to have been...

Right where do I start firstly we ordered a take away due to there internet was not working ( busy ) so we ordered and said be over an hour we waited and 1hr 50 minutes had passed and so we rang up and said would be on next delivery !! How long ?? So another 50 minutes had passed so I rang them up and they said it’s on it’s way but not sure how long ..... but wow so it’s 2hrs 40 minutes and they still don’t know what a joke I do not recommend and the guy on phone wasn’t pleasant really ( young lads working ) so we cancelled and got a Chinese...
