Villa Natura Coffee Shop Hessle — Restaurant in England

My friend and I had afternoon tea today at Villa Natura in Hessle and we both agreed that it was the best we’ve ever had ( and we’ve sampled quite a few afternoon teas at many places!) The staff could not have been nicer, the food was ready and waiting for us on arrival, and everything was delicious and fresh. This was despite the staff agreeing to fit me in as I left it rather late to book! There was no way we could finish all the lovely food, but the ladies kindly boxed up the remainder for us to take home. One tip: if you’re not familiar with Hessle, drive around to the rear of the Co-op. Big car park and you can usually get in there. So, to sum up, we had a delicious lunch in lovely surroundings, served by friendly staff who couldn’t have been more helpful…….oh, and the afternoon tea is cheaper than...

I had my car booked in for a clean and took a walk into Hessle to find somewhere warm and welcoming for a bit of breakfast and a coffee. To my disappointment everywhere was closed which was strange for an early Sunday morning! I chanced the door at Natura as I saw someone behind the counter. Thank goodness it was Kym!! The cafe was actually closed, however Kym didn’t hesitate to welcome me in, make me the perfect Bacon sandwich and coffee, then to top it off she offered to let me take a book home with me to finish that I was picked up to read from their bookshelf!! Great service....

Popped in for coffee and scone they didn't have any scones ready(10.15am) Then asked what cake they had they didn't have any ready? The lady suggested cheesecake didn't realis it was £4 a serving was not at all impressed by the price or cheesecake. Then a dark haired lady came in put on a apron picked up bread and stared buttering it. She did Not wash her hand before doing this. Not impressed at all and definitely would not return. From where we was sat we could see into the kitchen and also see the sink and she did not...
