This particular branch of KFC is terrible and unfit to trade. It is unable to cope with the huge increase of online orders. We ordered 8 box meals that arrived not in boxes, crushed, cold and missing 4 box meals!. Contacted Deliveroo and agreed a full refund which we never received, approximately £75. We gave it a few months because we were so disappointed and angry at this. Ordered tonight 4 box meals and extras, approximately £38 order. The Deliveroo rider turned up with only 1 box meal. We rejected it and sent him back. We were so disappointed that we jumped in the car and headed to KFC to have it out with them. They would not let us in at first, locking the door until I showed them the photo of the order and explained we paid for food we just hadn't had. Its a disgrace to pay for a delivery service that didn't deliver and to have to go down there to sort it out as they would not answer the phone. Whilst its the Deliveroo riders responsibility to check they have the complete order before setting off. Its mainly KFC's fault for not being able to deal with the huge increase in online orders. They simply cannot cope and their standard of service and the food has dramatically begun to fall below the standards expected. The Deliveroo rider said its absolute chose down there at KFC as they make so many mistakes. I would not recommend this particular restaurant to anyone and will no longer be a customer of theirs. Deliveroo should stop dealing with them as they must be getting no end of abuse because KFC can't get its act together. Read morewas served by a lovely young man who helped me order and find something i wanted. once i had received my food i noticed the music playing- it really put me off my food, it was horrible music that made me feel like a rotten egg in a tech fleece from 2004. the food however was fantastic, i quickly gained my appetite back. the reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the high price of the food, and the music. the management should try to set the mood with some kankan playing through the speakers, it would make the high price more worth it- thats for sure! almost every worker was from latin descent, except the young man who served me, yet there where absolutely 0 baddies. how tf u got that many latinas and NO baddies bruh? also if they offered wockhardt on the menu, it would be my favorite fast food joint, but oh well, guess i got to go back to sipping cut drank in the back of my baby mamas '07...

That seemed very high to me, so I said "No". I had a weird feeling about the guy, as he lacked any smile or basic manners.
Once I'd got my receipt, I then asked this polite and friendly Polish lady how much the cost of two buns was, she said it'd be 25p each... So, it became very clear to me that this guy tried to fob me off. Not a decent thing to do if you ask me!
The polish lady smirked at me when I confronted her about what he did, she said that "he was doing a favour for you".....To me that is exceptionallly bad customer service.
Why should the KFC employees be allowed to make up their own mind how much they want to charge the public for...
