Ordered food and was asked to wait in the bay area, which is absolutely fine. However 30mins after ordering the food it still hadn’t been brought out to us. I went in to ask where it was and asked the small (5ft ish) Indian girl if she could check where it was. I was not rude but obviously frustrated as we were in a rush but all I asked was could you check where the food was. She didn’t say anything and checked behind the counter and our food had just been waiting on the side. She handed the food to me, gave the drinks over and not once spoke to me or apologised for the food being so late. I was a bit taken aback by the lack of customer service but didn’t say anything. After getting to the car the food was extremely cold, so my partner took it back in to ask for this to be rectified. It was possibly the manager that she dealt with and he was very apologetic and promised new food would be back out within 5minutes. The same girl I’d spoken to came back out with the food, and just passed the food over and walked off, looking pissed off. Again a lack of customer service. My partner asked for the sauce that we’d ordered as it wasn’t in the bag, with the girl now arguing that we’d already been given it (like we’d lie over some sauce). She then again pissed off went back inside and brought us some sauce out, she walked over looking dead at us and just handed the sauce and left in a huff without a word. I didn’t need anyone to grovel about cold and delayed food, and I wouldn’t write in other than the fact she was extremely rude and acted like we’d been a huge inconvenience. Like calm down hun your job is literally customer service and you’re ignoring customers, showing no customer service whatsoever and being argumentative over a pot of sauce. Overall the food had clearly been heated up (not sure what else we expected) and was inedible, but mistakes happen with the food being forgotten about but I wouldn’t come back here due to the rudeness of the girl, honestly she needs some training in how to be around people and to understand she’s being paid a wage to do this job, nobody is holding her captive and if she doesn’t want to be there then to get a job where you don’t have to be around people. Read moreI have to say KFC at junction 9 in Warrington one of the worse KFC I ever seen! There are always something wrong with staff or they run out of chicken or they cannot cook chicken in time but today was absolutely awful worse experience ever!! After driving home from Scotland in the dark and heavy rain for almost 3 hours I was very tired to cook a dinner and decided to pop into KFC on my way to get food quickly. Now I regret it so much!!! Knowing they always have some problems I should completely ignore them but I like chicken so I took a chance and was locked on drive through way for over 30 min!!!! Even when it was only 3 (!!!) cars in front of me!!!! They gave food to one car after waiting for 15 min and made next customer wait another 15 min! 😬😡 They didn't ask car in front of me to go to the waiting area and give people a choice if they happy to wait that long!!! They simply locked everyone on the drive through without any explanation or choice!! When I left my car after being locked between others cars for 25 min and asked what's the problem staff couldn't explain a thing (even when it was about 10 people working there) I get mad seeing they serving people inside and making people on the drive through area wait so long!! I started complain asking for explanation why they ignoring people who's waiting here and serving people inside, why they making people wait so unbelievable long without being bothered to use waiting area so other people will have a choice to wait or leave. Girl who talk to me shut the window in front of my face and when I knock the window as i wanted to know her name she completely ignored me!!! I cannot understand how staff can be so rude and instead helping people behaving so arrogant and offencive. 10 min later she told her name was Natasha. I will tell all my friends to avoid to use KFC on Junction 9 if they don't want to be abused. How rude to keep people locked in the queue for over 30 min without any explanation or choice. Read moreI have had the worst expirience at KFC I will never be visiting there again. I have been to many restaurant nation wide and have always found a problem with the clenliness of there restaurants. I have just been to the KFC at aldi on retail park in warrington and this is where my love for the food has now ended I walked into the restaurant to fund food all over the floor the 90% of the tables had previous gests trays with left over food sause and sticky residue all over them. I personally removed the trays so the party of 10 ( 7 of which where children) could sit I asked the staff 3 times if I could personal have some cleaning equitment to wipe the tables down and was looked at like I had 3 heads. I also asked for a baby seat and they said they only had 1 a restaurant to seat 100+ only having one baby seat is just not heard of. I asked to speak to the manager (TANYA). I expand that this is a food industry and cleanlyness is high priority which she then flipped out at me a customer who was willing to spend money for 10 people to eat at her restaurant. I also asked then for her regional managers info which she just walked off and mutter under her breath to go get f*ed I will be taking this as far as I can wish me luck
OK so 6 months in I had a email to say sorry for the poor service that is all and message was sent from a no reply email so when they offer you a free meal you can't clame it.
I went back to this kfc and what a mistake this was. I desided to just get drinks for the kids and wife. 5 drinks on total. Got the window and got told to wait. After 15min and multiple orders comming through I went in. The place seemed a bit more tidy which was good to see but the poor service is still there priority haha. I asked for a refund and got given a customer service number instead and was told to chill my f*g bean. 2 visits 2 verbal abuse attacks PLEASE PEOPLE...
