KFC — Restaurant in England

Went kfc,widnes yesterday "21.11.20"..The lad who served me just did not look interested and did not show any enthusiasm in serving me. He just handed me the food and turned away,i dont even think he looked at me.On looking behind him there must have been 7/9 staff just stood in a group chatting,doing nothing really.i proceeded to park up near a bin to eat my food and could see the bin was overflowing so when it came to putting my rubbish in the bin it was a struggle .i had to push my rubbish down to get it in. My immediate thoughts were,why is all those staff stood around inside doing nothing inside. Sulrely one could and should have been sent outside to empty the bin,which incidentally,,made me think,what is the MANAGER doing ? The food was ok,well the tower burger was nice but the chips were burned.iv only really read good reports on the Kfc,Widnes and in the past,(at least a year ago) i found the Kfc,Widnes,all good.Wht has happened to these outlets.St Helens Kfc has got terrible reviews as i am aware but i thought Widnes was different.i wasn't even offered any salt or vinegar. On another footing,i visit McDonalds alot and they have got it spot in.Most staff are really good and are well drilled and at least polite.i give 10/10 for Mackies. All i can think of is,is that the management at Kfc are not up to...

EDIT - The service in here is usually top notch, however I was served by a young man, dark hair and operating the drive through window on Sunday 27th morning and he was just so rude, so blunt and it was not a nice experience. Any help I needed, he would simply reply saying ‘I don’t know’. Staff like him should honestly be taught how to speak to the general public before being allowed to work. My original review about Caitlin still stands, I have had a few encounters with her and they have all been pleasant, along with some other girls who work there.

I usually go through the drive through but today I decided to go in store. A lovely girl named Caitlin served me and saying she went above and beyond for me would be an understatement. She was so chatty and kind and even complimented me on my makeup and the perfume I was wearing! She then said I could go and sit down and she would bring it over to me, then asked if I needed anything else. She truly made it feel like a 5* restaurant.
