KFC — Restaurant in England

Arrived at the filton KFC drive through today at around 3:30pm , we waited by the window to give our order but no one came to take it , my husband drove to the second window to ask if anyone was able to serve us there , we were told to drive back around and someone would be there to take our order. We proceeded to do so , a young man slammed the window open , and proceeded to welcome us by simply saying “ yeah “ to us , my husband went ahead to attempt to give the order making sure to be polite and thanking him while doing so, my husband did get the order slightly wrong and asked me to take over with ordering it. I went ahead and we were met with very rude , blunt and abrupt responses … “ yeah “ , “ side “ , “ drink “, “ what side , what side what side” “ what else ?” , “ £11.99 “ No smile nothing , in fact no manners at all. I was so annoyed with the service I proceed to remind him while I was paying about how his Ps and Qs are free , please and thank you’s can go along way and say a lot about a person , as we were only polite towards him he could have been abit more polite with us , and to let him know his service was very rude and unnecessary. I can appreciate we all have bad days at work but this was just beyond a bad day. The food was okay but honestly there is no need to have someone as rude as this man working as a face for the company on the drive through when he doesn’t have any manners at all. Maybe it’s just a poor upbringing or maybe just his own personal attitude but abit more customer service wouldn’t go a miss with him. I’ve seen better decorum from my 5 year old nephew. 100%...

Cannot believe I sat and waited 30 mins in the drive through cue. There was only about 5 cars ahead. I haven’t been alone without the kids for months so took it as an opportunity but the rising hunger made me stay. Could barely reach the window to hear the staff member mumbling at me. And had to throw myself out the window to reach the card machine. No idea why it took so long as there seemed to be about 10 people working. Maybe it was just the first window person talking about rubbish. Anyway, got food finally, shut window before I got chance to ask for sauce and a napkin. Parked up, removed the chips from the bag and the bag was half full. Chips were cold and soggy. They’ve been gross since they changed to skin on fries anyway. Opened the burger. Think kfc are now producing midget chickens as the product was minuscule. Was also cold and tasted like yesterday’s goods. Roll on 8 hours. Bad pains. Spent around 9 hours back and forth to the loo all night. The midget chicken clucked it’s way back out of my buttonhole at record speed. That wasn’t enough though was it... the sick. Ohhhh the sick. Was hoping I’d never have to see a skin on fry again. Have spent the entire New Year’s Eve and day in so much pain and spent the first hours of 2021 dying in the bathroom.

I brought my disabled mother and rest of family to have family get together and for my mother before her tea done this on 2 occasions The first one was just myself and my mother you can except maybe issues with staffing etc gave them the benefit of doubt and tried it again for family get together Well i should of learnt from the first time Chicken was dry and hard to bite into let alone eat it was over cooked like rubber the coating appeared like it had been rubbed off and the taste not that of chicken. weird taste. as for the chips they had some horrible coating on them that tasted like stuffing ie paxo sage and onion Floppy but rubbery texture like they been in microwave to heat them up Discussing.

Coleslaw was warm and watery And the hot wings you could not enjoy as they was so hot made my mother gasp for air Again looked like they been reheated over cooked

And the gravy must of been heating for so long it had a dried up gravy ring on the seface

Corn on cob was gray ish in colour didn't even try that

It was terrible All in all this really was the worst family get together and was ruined by kfc filton

After spending over £60 on food the only thing was paletteable was the bottles of cola and 7up Being honest we all 9 of us will never...
