Unbelievably good thai food! SO FLIPPING DELICIOUS!!! I absolutely love it and will travel to York just for this! There are LOADS of choices in their menu, we chose pad thai, chilli fried rice, southern fried chicken, soft shell crab, grilled pork shoulder, sirloin salad, tom yum soup, and ofcoz with Chang beer! Perfectly seasoned, with well cooked ingredients, smaller portions makes it easier to share, so you can try more dishes! Three dishes for one person should be good enough, but we were so hungry we had to order one more! Pad thai is on the sweet side, love it! Fried rice is kinda spicy, but very flavourful! The prawns are huge! Fried chicken is well marinated, it is juicy! Soft shell crab is so good, mvp of the night! The curry sauce matches well with it! Pork shoulder comes with this amazing sauce, a lil bit sour and fresh! Sirloin salad is fresh and spicy, tender meat and crunchy vegs! You have to try their tom yum too, you can taste the seafood in the soup, very huge fresh king prawn! Tho a little pricey, but it is very much worth it, i will recommend all my friend to try this restaurant when they travel to York!!

So this is a bit controversial but I’m only giving this place two stars. Dined here yesterday for lunch. The restaurant recommends 3 dishes per person which as you can see from the photos aren’t massive and the prices certainly aren’t cheap What I found is the meats here are very fatty, but not to the point where it’s super tasty. It was just mostly fat (beside the chicken). This spoiled 2/3 dishes for me. The kuay dish on the receipt there was 5/5 and superb. The venue itself is lovely although a bit dark and the seats aren’t overly comfortable. Service was fine but nothing special. I really strongly dislike when an optional tip is included on the bill. Ok but wouldn’t be returning with so many other establishments nearby, especially for the price.

What a super Thai restaurant we found for our evening meal. Fresh food , flavoursome, and delicious dishes. This is a Thai tapas menu, which is extensive and dishes cover meat, fish, and vegetables , thai curries, and lots of starters and sides. We went for a selection, and all are graded with heat, so you can choose how you like your taste. If you want it hotter or cooler, just ask, as the staff were very helpful. Two of us ordered 6 tapas plates from across the menu that were recommended. We then also ordered 2 rice and 2 Thai curries. It really was a good atmosphere and full, so book ahead early to get a table.

Really disappointed in our meal tonight. I’ve had many Thai dishes and this was one of the worst sadly. It started off well with the pretty decor and welcoming servers. However the food….The prawn and pork dumplings were over fried and smothered in mayonnaise, really bland! I couldn’t eat it! The radioactive red curry prawns were also bland, thai cooking is usually full of flavour. My sisters didn’t fare much better, greasy salty mushrooms and bland aubergines. We told the server but all she said was sorry?? Will not be returning unfortunately overpriced for (British)Thai food!

Tasty food, well presented and good service. I love Thai food and the choice here is what I've come to expect with a good menu. The venue is quite small so recommend you book in advance. I ordered 3 starters and whilst they were all well cooked, full of flavor the food was served not as hot as I'd like, which was a bit of an issue as I had three dishes arrive at once so they were only warm by the time I got through them. Probably not an issue if you just have one starter as it was just hot enough. Reasonably priced and worth a visit of you like Thai :)
