Was here with my daughter and grandaughter and ordered brunch. I liked the caribbean theme of the restaurant and looking at the menu, we were spoilt for choice The staff were so approachable that it was easy to ask about anything we were not sure about and all qeries were completely answered by our very knowledgable waitress....she is a great asset to the restaurant ! It is a bright and colourful establishment which is very popular. The toilets are a wee bit of a climb up some stairs but a very clean disabled toilet is on restaurant level and so easily accessible for wheelchair users We will definately rebook here if we are ever in York again and would not hesitate to recommend visit here !

I recently visited Turtle Bay restaurant, and the experience was truly memorable. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding all my expectations. Every dish was bursting with flavor, and it was clear that a lot of care and expertise went into preparing the meal. Our servers, Drew and Alexa were fantastic.They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Their excellent service added to the overall positive experience. A special thank you to Chef Lison, who personally came to check on us. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel valued as customers. Overall, the entire dining experience was amazing, and I look forward to returning!

We come here to York every year for our anniversary (currently on our 4th) and Turtle Bay is always the first choice for food; never a bad experience. Was sad to see some of my favourite cocktails vanish from the menu from last year such as Kingston Solero and Berry Reggae, and wasn’t too keen on the Island Ice Blast we tried, but the food as always was top notch, actually ended up having two mains myself it was that delicious! No complaints from the customer service side either, spectacular staff; friendly, fast and attentive, this time it was Georgia and Cerys, may they have a good shift tonight and forever after at Turtle Bay! <3 CD.

First time I have tried this place and it was fantastic, was here with my parents and grabbed myself a Jamaican style burger from the menu with some seasoned fries and added some Jamaican jerk sauce which was on the table in fact there was four different kinds altogether but they were all different and also different in heat and spices so a real mix to go with the food. Staff were very friendly and nice they handled everything great. They have a very big drinks menu as well so even just going there for cocktails is very good even if you don’t want food. Pictures will show you the menu and drinks as of December 2022 first class place 👍🏻

I want to kick it off with a HUGE shoutout to Zara and Alex. The compassion, kindness and assertiveness shown by these two amazing ladies was absolutely outstanding. I can’t thank Turtle Bay enough for the services and the standards they continued to show throughout my time here. I WILL RETURN because of the amazing staff here. Food was fast and superb. We didn’t have to ask for any sort of services at all!!! Zara and Alex made sure we always had a drink on our bottomless brunch. SO WORTH IT!!!! I e even tipped these 2 amazing girls because of how comfy they made us feel. We love you guys!!!! THANK YOU ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We went for our girls trip Christmas bottomless brunch at Turtle bay in York on Friday 1st December. It was absolutely great - the food was lovely as always and the cocktails were fast flowing and boozy! Massive shout out to Sophia who made our brunch, Sophia was great and she even brought us shots at the end as we left! - it was great chatting with you and we loved the cocktail recommendations you gave us ♥️ enjoy your birthday night in Newcastle next weekend! Only reason I gave the atmosphere a 4* was because it was bloody freezing in there! Time to crack the heating guys in this wintery weather ☃️
