Went last night for food it was lovely ,but service was terrible,yer i aprecite they where busy but if your put upstairs your for forgot about,after waiting 20mins we had to go downstairs and ask if someone was going to take are drink orders,then then another 15mins we where still waiting we had to ask again if they where coming, we waited about 45mins for are meal after that then upstairs was empty we waited and waited to see if any1 would come ask us if we wanted more drinks or puddings but after waiting another 30mins we decided we had enough it was a party of 7of us ,when we asked for the bill i mentioned to the waiter why no1 had been up to see us he said it was dead busy downstairs, so i replied are so we dont matter up here,we used to come all the time,but we wont...

I am celiac, so need to be very careful with my diet. Contacted the restaurant to make booking was assured my requirements would be taken care of. When I arrived I placed order and questioned how steak would be prepared. Was informed it would be part pan fried/part grilled. When I looked at receipt it just stated steak with no sauce, if this was passed to the chef they would not know to use fresh oil! The next day it was obvious they had not, I was ill for 4 days! The total cost of the meal was £25, very pricey as the steak was not the best quality either.

Message to owner: Please take these food intolerances seriously inform the chef, change the oil. Charge a small fee, I would rather that than miss out on work due to...
