The food at Langton’s Brasserie was fantastic – I had the Sunday roast pork and honey-roasted parsnip soup, and both were easily 10/10.
Service was a bit slow considering there were only 6-7 tables in total. Plates weren’t cleared for a while after I finished, and the water took longer than expected to arrive.
The room had nice music playing and was well-decorated, but it was so quiet that conversations felt awkward.
For two mains and a starter, it came to £53, including a 7.5% service charge. The menu images on Google are outdated – the current 2-course Sunday menu is £29.95. Most diners were dressed formally, so I felt a little out of place in casual clothes.
