Legend's — Restaurant in England

We only had an hour to spare so chose to eat at Legends. After all, Chinese food is so quick to cook. Great choice! The reviews were very favourable, and they were all right because the food was excellent! Delicious chicken n sweetcorn soup (I've had some very bland soups in other Chinese restaurants). Chicken satay skewers were great too. Main courses of beef curry with egg fried rice went down a treat and I really enjoyed the flavours of my special chow mein, all cooked to perfection. Service was friendly and efficient, and we were in and out again within 50 minutes. Busy restaurant with lots of walk-ins, who were all accommodated with a smile, despite a few tables being reserved for customers with bookings. They were also doing a roaring trade with the takeaway orders, so Legends must be a firm favourite of the locals in Bridgnorth. I would definitely recommend Legends, pity I didn't take some pics. Very dismayed booked a table was shown to table n told heres your menu under the impression its all u can eat had a couple of starters with my girlfriend and daughter then a couple sat down at side of us and where asked do u want buffet menu which rang alarm bells so enquired and we where ordering off set menu wen i asked what can we do was told smugly oh nothing sorry so had to pay £22 just for couple of starters to add insult to injury was my daughters bday so we where all upset as it was our 1st n definateley last visit how where we to know there is 2 menus n when i said i can eat what i want when i was ordering was just told yes would of been nice to say u do tealise this is a seperate menu who in the right mind would pay seperateley in an all u can eat...

Despite a limited number of negative reviews we had to try this place. Absolutely fantastic quality, service and value. Menu to suit all. Personable friendly service, very clean, comfortable well lit non pretentious surroundings.Visit in advance and meet the lovely staff to make your booking. Very relaxed, cooked fresh and served hot.
