🍨Community Visit to the Ice Cream Place – A Big Thank You!💐

Yesterday, our community took a group of 45 young children to a Lucy's Coffee House for Ice cream, enjoying the lovely weather and a cheerful walk there. We hadn't informed the shop in advance, but despite the surprise, Jess and Sam welcomed us with warm, genuine smiles.

They were incredibly helpful and patient, serving each child with kindness, asking about their flavour and sprinkle preferences, and making every student feel special. Their positive energy and friendliness were truly appreciated.

We also want to mention Tania, who was equally friendly and contributed to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The whole experience was very well-organized and enjoyable, thanks to the lovely staff.

I've been here several times with family and friends and everyones always loved it! You can sit in or take food away - they sell a variety of lovely cakes and food. My favourite is the jacket potatos, they're the cheapest out of yarm and eaglescliffe and the best!

The staff here are the most friendly and caring people you'll ever meet, they're all hardworking and kind and make the best chai tea ever ☕🫖. They will always take the time to talk to everyone individually making it a welcoming experience no matter the person.

The place is clean and lovely inside with a rustic modern theme, myself and many others would highly recommend this coffee shop for anyone and everyone with fair prices and excellent food and I can't wait to...

This is a brilliant cafe, nestled at a convenient stopping off place (near Sainsbury's) en route from Darlington, approaching Yarm. The service from Tanya, Zac and staff is excellent and I particularly recommend the chocolate chip ice cream. There is also soup (very welcome in this weather) and generally Lucy's is a lovely place to go to, especially if you like company, as it isn't easy finding people to talk to in the local pubs. Love this cafe. Love the music, the food and the people. Should be top of your list if you're en route to Yarm as service at Lucy's is miles better than in several of the Yarm's current...
