Luno Italiano Stocktonheath — Restaurant in England

A few nights ago, I happened to pass by Italian Express Takeaway, and feeling hungry, I decided to stop in for some spaghetti. From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the warm and kind attitude of the staff. They made me feel welcome and even recommended a dish I hadn’t tried before (though I still don’t know its name!).

The food was ready in about 10 minutes, and I decided to eat inside at one of their small tables. Believe it or not, I enjoyed the first dish so much that I finished it in just five minutes and immediately ordered another type of spaghetti to try. To top it all off, I ended my meal with their delicious tiramisu.

The food was absolutely fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. A big thank you to Chef Mart and his wife for such a memorable dining experience. The company doesnt actually care about whats its customers think lets just start there i did give them a chance to just speak to me before leaving a review but they didnt take it so...... absolutely disgusting the worst food i have had ever, everything was burnt yet undercooked, all the sauces had disappeard so it was like eating raw burnt penne pasta, potatoes were solid and no sauce again i had a go at eating it but couldnt however what i did eat made me extreamly sick through to the next day it is a shame as at one time the food was delicious from here but its far from that now who ever is running the company clearly doesnt care about the food they put out or there customers! The food is absolutely disgusting. Tastes like frozen food youd get from Iceland and even the quality from there is better than this. The pasta was over cooked and tasted like off milk. The pizza was burnt yet soggy and the pepperoni tastes off. The ribs were mostly fat nearly no meat at all. The profitaroles were soggy, cold and tasted frozen. The cake was hard and tasted frozen. Everything tasted frozen and soggy and off. Spent £45 and when we complained we got £10 back. Management is absolutely awful. Dont order from here you'll get bad quality food that's overpriced and you wont get a refund. They shouldnt be able to get away with this they should be out of business by now.
