I cannot believe what just happened i ordered food online and specifically left instructions for the order that are simple, i recieved the order but it was made wrong. I called back after opening the boxes and stated that my order was wrong then the man over the phone got defensive saying the instructions were too hard and started shouting at me and I requested my pizza to be half half and no peperoni pieces on one half due to the fact its pork and im muslim, and he started screaming saying “well youre not a muslim like i am ur not a muslim like me” i had to swear on god i am. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Ordered our food at 7.25pm, rang them at 9pm as food hadnt been delivered, they told us it would be 10-15 minutes as they were busy. 35 minutes later we rang back as it had still not come. We were then told it would be another 20 minutes. 9.50pm our food turned up, I had to heat it up in microwave as it was cold, was dry and tasted like it had been sat there 2 hours. Been coming to brid years tried this place twice over the last year, both times the food has been very bland no taste at all, smothered pizza in cheese both times hardly any of the chosen topping. Only good thing is the chips with the chip spice but covered in the chips spice not surprised though they need to give something some flavour.
