Promenade 65 Cafe Bridlington — Restaurant in England

When you’re a stranger in town where do you chose for a bite to eat, and to take the weight off your feet? Well, we were influenced as we were parked right outside their door. After a long walk we decided to pop in to Promenade 65. What a cosy friendly little cafe, serving freshly made home cooked food served by friendly attentive staff. I had the steak pie, peas, chips and gravy. All piping hot and the pie was packed full of steak - delicious. My wife had a ham sandwich this was well presented with salad garnish. A nice and friendly welcome and good service. The waitress came with a menu but no sooner had we been given it a menu she came back over to ask what we wanted. We asked for more time. Once we was ready she took our orders. Our pot of tea came quickly but one small tea pot for two. I asked for a bigger tea pot which she was happy to do so. We both ordered cheese burgers and chips which was at an extra cost. It took a while for our order to arrive at our table. Chips was an extra £1.65 which was only about 12 or so chips which was warm. Excellent little cafe. Super clean. Friendly staff. Freshly cooked meals. Homemade cakes and scones. Butcher quality ingredients. Can be a wait time if cafe is full but that's expected if everyone comes in all at once. Very dog friendly. I cannot stress enough that if there is a problem with your meal just tell the girls and they will get it sorted for you right away. If you don't tell them and just keyboard bash them then I feel that's unfair of you to do so. Mistakes happen, they get busy just tell them, they want you to go away happy and to come back.
