Masala Box — Restaurant in England

Well, what a memorable experience. To do some form of justice with words, I'll break it down by category:

Food was absolutely delicious, fresh and the portions were great. Uncle's Kabuli Pulao is better than the Afghani 🇦🇫 one in my opinion.

Service was one of the best I've ever experienced in any restaurant/takeaway. They treat you like family by going way above and beyond to accommodate you and ensure you're satisfied with the food. Aunty and Uncle really looked after us and are the nicest people I've met for a while. It made me feel as though I was at my relatives 😅, they kept bringing other food to try complimentary. Heads up just make sure you fast before you visit because Aunty & Uncle will feed you until you're at breaking point.

Atmosphere is brilliant, very respectful and both Aunty & Uncle are super hospitable. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in town.

AVOID!! Wanted to try out a new place in luton, decided to visit but really regret it. The food was horrible, took it for take away and was incredibly disappointed. Cannot believe I paid £8 for what looks like leftovers.

Update: have gotten a reply from the owner, can bring out receipts to show it was indeed from your shop, I am not sure why you would lie? Just really disappointed honestly, you do sell chicken and chips with that box please don’t lie I would not take my time to put unnecessary fake review it’s...

I honestly don't get why you're so in denial of your food standards. You do sell chicken and chips you 🤠, you're trying to tell me you don't when there's another poor lady who sent a review and clear pictures of the chicken and chips she purchased which look like LEFTOVERS. Your customer service is disgraceful. From now on, I promise myself that I will always protect others from your terrible shop. And stop accusing your customers of sending "fake reviews" 🤡 AVOID BUYING ANYTHING...
