Quick order displays NEVER print a receipt and haven’t for months. It’s a hot day and the aircon doesn’t work. Food is good though and service efficient.
Update February 2024 (Which is 7 months on from the above mention), Still no receipts from the self service displays (Though this is typical for EVERY McDonald’s. They have a major design flaw with the inbuilt receipt printer which they have no intention of fixing by the looks of it). You have to keep a beady eye out for your order number, if collecting, as it flashes up very briefly. If you miss it, the counter staff look at you as if you are stupid.
The latest thing of interest that happened here was that they ran out of lettuce. Given that this is a major part of pretty much every item on the menu, it is a big deal. They’d stuck some small signs up telling customers, but online orders were still going out. The staff we encountered seemed to think it was funny.
Finally, they don’t seem to understand how the pylon system works, where when ordering you grab a plastic number pylon so the server can bring your order across. Invariably there aren’t any available, and if you complain they just tell you to use the number on the table. This is fine if ordering via the app, but not if you’re self service ordering at one of the displays.

Overall, food is delicious, although the food can sometimes be cold or missing. However, those are little mistakes that can happen and aren't a big issue.
Once again, the staff are very polite and will help you out whenever you ask. If you experience bad service, most likely it's because you treated them incorrectly in the first place, but that might not always be the case.
Lastly, I went here today and only ordered a singular burger, and the man behind the till was very kind. He didn't get mad that I was just getting one item. I would expect some to get angry, but again, he was pleasant and...

Eventually at 10.20 we got through to Uber eats who told us they have cancelled our order as McDonald’s are now closed!
