Awful. Ordered on app, £26 plus delivery. No show. Go to restaurant, stand up argument because you get a refund I have to ‘phone customer services’. No food, no money. I can ‘buy my order again’ if I want.Eventually after wasting more than 30 minutes trying to explain that my kids want their food, they say they will give me my original order, maybe because I loudly refuse to leave and also a fellow ex soldier turns up and asks what the problem is. I show them that and they even mess that up by giving me the wrong order. Absolute shambles. Food was cold by the time I opened the still incorrect order at home. I wouldn’t trust these people to make a mess let alone a burger and I certainly won’t be entertaining the thought of going to a McDonald’s again or ordering from them. Not the most nutritious food to start, add this rubbish to it and funny enough I can’t be bothered. The delivery is absolutely shocking (think ours ended up at some random persons door), the denial that the drivers are anything to do with McDonald’s, disgraceful customer service trying to insist on me calling a customer service team who will not refund you, the manager was ‘at home finished for the day’ so I just had some young lad trying to tell me I couldn’t have food or refund there and then. It’s a joke. Come on Burger King Maidenhead is waiting. Can’t be worse than...

I am absolutely livid about the double cheeseburger I purchased from McDonald's on May 4th at 21:56. 🤬 The burger was absolutely drowning in ketchup, making it almost inedible. 🤢 I have never seen so much ketchup on a burger in my entire life. It completely overpowered the flavor of the burger and was a complete waste of my money. 😡 It's unacceptable that McDonald's would allow such a poorly made burger to be sold to its customers. 😤

To make matters worse, the meat on the burger was incredibly dry. It was almost like eating sawdust. 😠 I couldn't believe how terrible the quality of the burger was, especially since I had paid good money for it. 🤯 It's infuriating that McDonald's would sell such a subpar product to its customers. If they can't even make a decent burger, then what are they doing in the food industry? 😡😡😡

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at McDonald's. The double cheeseburger I received was a complete disaster.
