McDonald's — Restaurant in England

I was very pissed off because we ordered a happy meal for my kid with a toy 🧸 but when I opened the packet there was a BOOK we were all in shock 😲 but when we said to the counter we ordered a toy instead of a book they said they ran out of toys my kid was so disappointed she even got so annoyed 😠 she had a tantrum and if you are a restaurant would you run out of toys I've been to way better restaurants like burger king and Popeye's you should go there instead only if you want your kid crying 😭 the only good thing is that something filled our belly's but we had no satisfaction in our experience so here is a warning ⚠️ DO NOT COME HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOW. Also there popularity was very bad 😞 so I feel sorry for them too oh by the way it was great 😃 NOT 🤣 also guess what they don't clean up well too when me and my family sat down I saw ketchup on the table and it went on my jumper 😭 I was not happy and I felt a little bit sick I didn't feel well and the floor was in a very bad condition we are not trolling at all we are just very unsatisfied so for the last time we are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooopissed off. ...

I've been to this McDonald's dozens of times over a number of years and never really had any issues or felt compelled to write any review about my experiences. However, popped in tonight for 3 simple items and the service was atrocious. I pulled into a busy drive thru and after waiting 5-10 mins, no one was taking orders at the kiosks. Cars were backing out to go inside instead, me included. I ordered on the panels inside and received my order swiftly, however the mcflurry was melted and the "hot apple pie" was stone cold. I asked for a new one/reheat and the lady looked completely confused at the request, stood there for 5 minutes holding it until her colleague informed me that it would take 7 mins for a new one. I had to accept it and reheat at home (they reheat well in the microwave) The colleagues in there looked like personality drained zombies. What an absolute disgrace and very rude the young lad handing out the food was in the last half hour. I went specifically fir my autistic daughter who has PDA and had a specific request of sour cream and chive dips to go with her fries. This restaurant always gives me both sizes free of charge but tonight he told me he couldn’t even give me one and furthermore as i was talking to him he turned and walked away and when i told him i was still speaking to him he ignored me. I asked to speak with the manager and he continued to ignore more but when he realised i was holding the drive through up he fetched the manager who initially apologised but even after explaining about my daughter would not give me on pot of sour cream and chive dip !i told him he was a disgrace and drove off.
