This place is honestly an absolute shambles, that’s the only way to put it. With so many staff running around in the back why is it that they can never seem to get anything right? I come here very rarely, maybe a few times every couple of months and every single order I have made, be it through the drive in or online has always been incomplete. The buffoons on the intercom seem to love asking if you want sauce with your McNuggets but never actually include it in the bag, come to think of it I don't believe I have ever actually received my requested BBQ sauce with my food, making this perhaps the biggest fast food scam in history? The pennies all add up, approximately 3 weeks ago I made a large family order here which came to about £35, when I received it I was missing 3 burgers out of 6, I then return tonight for some reason unbeknownst to me seeing as I’m well aware of how incompetent and simple these employees are, my mistake... I make the same order I did a few weeks prior and all 4 portions of chips I ordered plus my sauces are missing, I mean honestly... come on guys, putting burgers into a bag isn’t rocket science is it? I know you’re slow and the words quarter pounder with cheese might be confusing for you but please... shape up, McDonalds bosses, if you’re seeing this please find new teenagers to do your bidding as judging from other reviews I’m not alone...
Read moreRecently been here twice using the McDonald's app to arrange collection in advance, selected collection from inside on the first visit with take away option selected so it would be bagged up to take home, was left waiting while drive-thru was prioritised, I was the only person inside, when my food arrived it wasn't bagged even though I check the ticket that was with it said "take away".
The second time I arrived and selected collection from drive-thru, I quoted my order number at the speaker box and was told it didn't exist drive round, when I got to the first window I showed the person my number as was told it was done and to move to the next window, I got to the next window and they started to hand me some else's order, to which I said this is not my order and was told "yes it is", to which I replied it's definitely not and started listening my order, to which I was then told well I don't know then.. and another member of staff came over and asked again what my order was and order number, after thinking for a few minutes a manager? Came over and asked me to move to a holding bay/next window, while they worked out the issue, after 10+ minutes I got my food.
Only once was I told sorry no offer of an extra item to compensate the wait. If I was a dishonest person I would have let them give me the way bigger order and drive off, but because I'm not I...
Read moreI do not walk I have a class 3 road Scotter they refused to serve me at the window I also have a fear of strange people I explained it to them and they said I had to come in this is the only McDonald's in Medway that has done this so I had to go around the drive thru as there were cars so I passed every window at eye level so they could have served me then when I squeezed my large road scooter into a tiny McDonald's customers were laughing I was so ashamed then they got my order wrong by this time I had enough I said not only are u discriminating against me u got ur order wrong well I got home and send several emails telling them to retrain there staff this is wht made me end up in the hospital I got and email back claiming there no cameras in the drive thru nor any at the till then I was told it's my fault for being upset at the person that messed my order up I had a melt down and ended up in a syc ward for 72 hours it's now going to my solicitors all I wanted was sorry the customer is never rite when they believe everything they staff says hopefully I can get the cameras pulled I'm so scared to go out so I will have a hungry weekend ad I carnt afford to get anything delivered and I'm to scared to go out and get milk...
