McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Came in here just to 4 drinks, first of all, on the breakfast menu you couldn't order just a regular coffee or latte, all I wanted was a latte, but I had to order a latte with cream on top as there was nothing regular in the hot drinks menu. Then, 3 of my 4 drinks were sat on the ready tray for 20 minutes while I waited for someone to realise that the mango drink I had ordered needed to be prepped in the machine, so, after my caramel latte had sat there for 20 minutes, I now had just a sickly sweet latte as the cream had all melted in and my daughter was only given half a cup of mango drink. Oh, and when I spoke to a member of staff to tell them that I had been waiting 20 minutes for a drinks order, I got a nod, and then he walked away. Basically, there is no response at all. I've worked in macdonalds myself, I know making 4 drinks doesn't take 20 minutes, they were slammed with orders, and on some occasions while I was waiting for my drinks there staff standing around waiting for food to come down the line, chatting....

Went to the menu screen console and placed my order accordingly but when I went to use the card machine it would not let me finish the transaction - no receipt was given just the number and I had to queue to pay for the order that I placed via the main card machine at the till point, I have mobility issues along with severe health issues there was no way for me to stand for that long especially when I have to use walking sticks. The only thing that let it down was there was too many drivers (Uber, Barrow Eats, Deliveroo) there was nothing to enforce these drivers. There were customers who were waiting for their order - 1 customer was waiting for his order which took 25 minutes this is due to these drivers getting their orders first. It should be the customers who should come first and the drivers having to toe the line. Not only that there was parents with their children some with prams and use upstairs then wait for their order. In total it was very hectic and the demands from the drivers was...

The 3 stars are for food and how quick it came, was going to leave less, du to the fact that I had to clear and wash the table before we could sit down and eat. All of the 4 seat table were either occupied or dirty, so this was the only way my self and 2 daughter could sit together. They young lady who was upstairs and who looked to be in charge of keeping it clean, stood talking for a good 10-15 mins. Then walks of with the mop and bucket it to the back room, without clearing a single table. On and please will someone remove the chip that has been stuck to the ceiling for over a month. Will definitely not be returning...
